Chest of Drawers with Side Storage

Hand guns are easy to hide, but long rifles can pose a challenge. This dresser provides a great solution that allows you to conceal your rifles while maintaining quick access.
It offers 5 regular drawers to store your clothing and other household items and looks like a regular dresser; but if needed, both sides swing out revealing hidden compartments. When closed, the compartments are securely latched and cannot be detected from the outside. (The release procedures are provided only to the purchaser).
The side compartments feature tee slots cut in both the door and the inside panels. These slots allow you to mount and hang items within the compartment. We offer storage boxes in 2 sizes to stow medications, jewelry, electronics, and other valuables. Choose these as an option when you request a quote or order.

Painted Vintage Design Dresser

Our painted vintage look dresser offers all the secret compartment features and options of our standard chest of drawers, but you can now choose the color for the carcass and stain for the drawer fronts. The cabinet portion is constructed of paint grade maple and the drawer fronts are made of oak veneer stained to order. Please indicate the paint color you would like for the cabinet in the comments box and choose the stain for the drawers from the pull down menu of stains on our quote/order form.

Secret hidden drawer

This 13" x 15" x 2" deep drawer is felt lined and the perfect space to store cash, credit cards, important papers, diaries, computer disks. storage media, photographs, pistols, ammunition and other small items. The drawer is undetectable and latches automatically when pushed shut.

Hidden Side Compartments

There is enough room in these compartments to store rifles up to 45" long. Each storage space is approximately 46" x 16" x 3.25". You will need at least 16" of clearance to fully open each compartment, but items are accessible with as little as 8 inches of clearance.

Split Drawer Option

Optional Accessories

The side compartments are equipped with tee slots that accommodate many accessories to help you store and organize the items you want to conceal.

Dowel Standoff for hanging pistols, necklaces, lanyards, cameras, binoculars and other items with straps.

Magnetic Standoff with a neodymium magnet mounted on the end for holding rifles in an upright position. (Please note: stainless steel gun barrels are not attracted to magnets).

Velcro Standoff with Velcro straps to wrap around rifle barrels, and other items.

LED light automatically turns on when a side compartment is opened to enable you to see the contents in the dark.

Hanging storage boxes come in 6" and 12" widths and hang in tee slots in the large side compartments. Each compartment will accommodate up to ten 12" boxes (20 per chest) or twenty 6" boxes (40 per chest) and can be placed anywhere in the compartment to meet your needs.

If you intend to store a rifle, you should request 6" boxes so there is enough room for the rifle to stand along side the boxes within the compartment.

Order hanging boxes when you purchase a chest or order them later from our accessory store after you assess your needs. The tee slots will also accommodate peg board or slot wall boxes/baskets you can purchase from a hardware store.

Stain Ready Version!

We offer a stain grade version of our chest of drawers (and all our other furniture). Enjoy significant savings by staining and/or painting and finishing it yourself. Select the "Unfinished Ready to Stain" option when you request a quote or place an order

Magnetic and electronic RFID locks are available on some items for an additional charge.
