We request full payment when you place your order! Because every item we sell is custom made based on specifications provided by each customer, we request advance payment before beginning the work. You may pay by credit card, check or money order. We will send you an invoice via email with instructions based on your chosen method.
Cancellations – If for some reason you decide to cancel your order after paying, we will refund your payment less a small cancellation fee or some other mutually agreeable arrangement depending on whether we have begun manufacturing your order.
