Q: What if my furniture is damaged during shipment?

We take care of it! We insure all pieces and will replace or do whatever we need to do to ensure you get what you ordered. If the packaging appears to be punctured or damaged from the outside , we request that you notify the shipper immediately and us as soon as possible. Also, to file a claim, we need to have pictures and request that you email them to us ASAP so we can begin the resolution process.
