Q: How Do You Determine Shipping Costs?

Shipping costs are determined based on the size of the shipment and the distance shipped. We ship our smaller items through Fedex or UPS. We ship our larger items through an LTL Freight carrier. If you have connections to a shipper you would like to use, let us know and we’ll try to accommodate you.

Q: How Do You Package the Furniture?

The largest pieces are wrapped and strapped to a wooden pallet. The smaller pieces come in cardboard boxes via FedEx or UPS. There are no outwards signs or marks on the packaging indicating what is in the package or where it came from.
